  • UNITY DAY 2019 - LIONS, Show your support & wear ORANGE! National Bullying Prevention Month & Unity Day 2019The Hawaii State Department of education (HIDOE) is pleased to announce its support of national Bullying Prevention Month and Unity Day 2019.National Bullying Prevention Month is celebrated annually during the month of October. This month focuses on uniting communities nationwide to educate and raise awareness regarding bullying prevention. Unity Day will be held on, Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Everyone is encouraged to wear ORANGE as a show of solidarity in support of safe, kind, and inclusive schools and communities. This year's Unity Day motto is "Together with Aloha, United for Kindness, Acceptance and Inclusion."
