  • Grab-and-Go Meals Update The Hawaii State Department of Education will be implementing the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) program a few months earlier than scheduled, as approved by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Hawaii Child Nutrition Programs (HCNP).During the extended Spring Break period, a total of 38 Hawaii public schools will be providing breakfast and lunch to children who are 18 years or younger. They will be able to stop by one of the designated schools (see list below) to pick up a grab-and-go meal. Adults who come to pick up a meal must be accompanied by their child.Breakfast service hours:7:30 to 8 a.m.Due to food safety, the meal must be consumed by ...

  • COVID-19 Update #3 Good evening Lions parents, As we plan for how to provide educational opportunities for your students we will need your help. We are asking everyone to go to https://bit.ly/kwelearn to take a short survey about what access your children have to the internet and a few other questions.  Two other reminders, #1: Starting Tuesday, and every day except Thursday this week both Farrington High School and Dole Middle School will be serving grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches.  I highly recommend you take advantage of these meals.  If you do not live near these schools or are staying with family in other parts of the islands, there are a large number of other schools that are offering ...
